  1. A seed plant is any seed-bearing plant, also 
  2. known as a spermatophyte. The seed plants are 
  3. subdivided into two classes: the angiosperms, 
  4. or flowering plants, and the gymnosperms, 
  5. principally the cycads and conifers.

  7. vegetation found on land.
